My fees vary depending on the case, but I always offer a free initial consultation.

In family matters, I charge an hourly rate.  In criminal matters, I use a fixed fee schedule depending on the charges involved. 

Of Course! All three are available to you.  In office appointments must be scheduled in advance, but all three formats are available.  Ashley Legal PLLC also uses My Case Client Portal, which allows you to view and correspond regarding your case 24/7.  There are no limits on how much you communicate, though it is strongly recommended that clients review their client guides before asking, so that they can keep costs limited.  The Client guides are unique to Ashley Legal PLLC and are provided upon retention.
